The Magdalena - Patience

I've been messing with this character awhile now. The costume is a mish mosh of so many I can't even remember them all, but I think I've finally got it about right. There are a few missing things (Cross symbols and the like) that I just cant find. If anyone knows a good place to find medallion like objects give me a shout.
